I do not own many guitars. At this moment I play exclusively on Japanese Kohno-Sakurai guitars.
I recently acquired a new Sakurai PC guitar. With this guitar model he once won a price at an guitar builders event in Paris, France. I asked Mr. Sakurai to take a few pictures of it during the making and with the finished guitar. I am very happy with it. He is a very nice man, over 70 now, but still gifted with the talent to build great guitars. I love the sound of his range of guitars. You can find more information about them here. If you would like to buy one, they are distributed by Arpeggio in Belgium.
I also play on a Prof-J Kohno-sakurai guitar whenever I play amplified, since it has a K&K element mounted, allowing me to connect directly to an amplifier. It is made by Masaki Sakurai, a very nice man, gifted with the talent to build great guitars. I love the sound of his range of guitars. You can find more information about them here.
If you would like to buy one, they are distributed by Arpeggio in Belgium.
